Please review the following Terms & Conditions.
By booking and staying at our property, you agree to comply with these rules.
1. Check-Out Time
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Late check-outs will incur a fee of £20 per hour, as it impacts the cleaning schedule.
Failure to vacate by 12:00 PM without prior notice may result in an additional charge equivalent to a full day’s stay.
2. Check-In Time
Check-in is after 4pm on the day of arrival.
Early check-ins may be accommodated if arranged in advance, subject to availability.
3. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay.
The cost of any repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.
All damages must be reported immediately.
4. House Rules Please adhere to the house rules outlined in the listing.
Violations of house rules may result in termination of your stay without refund and may incur additional fees.
5. Late Cancellations Free cancellations are available up to 28 before check-in.
Cancellations made after this period will result in a charge of 100%.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
6. Extra Guests
The maximum number of guests is in your booking.
Hosting more guests than agreed upon will lead to the cancellation of your stay without refund.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during your stay.
Please safeguard your belongings and take necessary precautions when using the property’s facilities.
8. Keys & Access
Lost or unreturned keys will result in a replacement fee of £40.
9. Cleaning fee
A cleaning fee of £30 is chargeable per stay.
